The Shirts and Ladders web site accepts Visa, Mastercard, or American Express credit cards. All credit card information is processed safely and securely by PayPal at the time of checkout.

Shipping

Domestic Shipping: Shirts and Ladders ships all domestic orders via USPS (United States Postal Service) First Class Mail and Priority Mail. All packages are assigned a USPS Delivery Tracking number. Delivery time is 2 to 9 business days (excludes weekends and holidays).

International Shipping: Shirts and Ladders ships all international orders via USPS (United States Postal Service) Global Priority Mail. All packages are assigned a USPS Delivery Tracking number. Delivery time is 2 to 9 business days (excludes weekends and holidays).

Order Tracking

When your order is shipped, you will receive an e-mail that contains your USPS Delivery Tracking number. You may enter the tracking number at the Track & Confirm page courtesy of USPS.com.

Returns & Exchanges

Exchanges are accepted on merchandise returned to us within 21 days of purchase for items that are unworn, unwashed, not altered in any way, and with all original tags attached. Please contact us at service@shirtsandladders.com before you send a item to be exchange. We only accept exchanges, no returns. 

PLEASE NOTE: Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable, except for defective merchandise or a packing error on our part.  Return shipping costs are the sole responsibility of the purchaser.
